COVID-19 store policy
Clients are required to wear face masks at all times in our shop. We don’t accept clients without wearing a mask.
We will check your temperature when you step into the salon. For safety consideration, we will not take clients whose temperature higher than 99F.
We have required all clients wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon
entry to the shop.
CLIENTS ONLY, NO VISITORS, NO PETS
Due to capacity control, we are not allowed visitors who do not have appointments in the shop at this moment. We are not allowed to bring any pets in the shop at this moment.
APPOINTMENT ONLY AND BOOK IN ADVANCE
a. We only accept clients who have appointments, no walk-ins during this moment. Please book your appointments online through our website, make sure you select one technician (it may different technician from you booked unless you request this technician to serve you). If you couldn’t select a technician when you booked, it means we don’t have an opening space. Please do not book if that happens, you may not get services when you arrive. Please make sure all your information is accurate. We will send confirmation before your appointments.
b. We highly recommend book gel services. The gel color is lasting longer than nail polish and No-drying time needed. All the gel brands we use in our shop are toxic-free.
c. For waxing appointments, please make sure your hair is not shaved at least two weeks before your appointments. Otherwise, hair can’t be removed as your desired.
d. We recommend you that wear open-toe shoes or bring a pair of slippers with you when you book pedicure services.
PAYMENT AND GRATUITY
a. Please make full payments and gratuity when you book your appointments. We do not accept cash gratuity during the pandemic. Appointments without payments will be canceled automatically.
b. All sales are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION AND ARRIVING
a. All cancellations must be made more than 36 hours before your appointments. No-shows, late cancellations will be charged full services price.
b. Please arrive on time, we will try our best to make your appointments on time as well. If you arrive earlier before your appointments, please wait in your car or outside the shop until your appointments’ time.
c. We couldn’t take your appointments when you are late for more than 15 minutes and your appointments will be automatically canceled and charged full-service prices.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All services, gift cards, health, beauty, and personal care items are non-returnable and final. Our team always try our best to provide quality work to ensure you enjoy your experience. We always welcome you to come back and have a complimentary touch-up service until you are satisfied. Before you book complimentary services, please email us with photos of the affected nails and the date of your appointment.
DURING YOUR VISIT
a. Please bring your water bottle, because we have to temporarily suspend any drink services. We are not offering magazines in the store as well.
b. Please do not eat any food in the shop unless you need it.
c. Please sanitize your hand before each service. Each station we will have hand sanitizer for you.
d. Please do not touch retail products. Our staff will help you to get your selected products.
